Authenticate your identity

HAZAMA BASE allows you to display a check mark on the NFT distribution page and details page when you appear as the creator of the NFT by authenticating your account. This check mark gives a sense of security to those who acquire/purchase NFTs, and prevents identity theft and fraud.

Identity authentication procedure

Select "My Page" from the menu in the upper right corner.

Select “Verify" from the Identity Verification section under "Current Plan."

If you are an individual, please select “Individual"; if you are a corporation, please select “company" and fill out the form and upload the required documents.

Required Documents

For individuals residing in Japan and corporations registered in Japan, the following documents can be used as personal identification and corporate verification materials.

For Sole Proprietors:

Passport
Driver’s license
Residence Card / Special Permanent Resident Certificate
My Number Card (with a photo) - Only the front side of the My Number Card is required.
Residence Certificate

Please upload personal identification documents in full color, ensuring that the text is clearly legible.

For Corporations:

Certificate of Registration
Seal Registration Certificate

If the corporate verification documents span multiple pages, please upload a PDF containing all relevant pages.

When the authentication request is completed, the Identity authentication section will be set to the "Confirming" status.

It usually takes one to two weeks to complete identity verification. Please be aware that there are cases in which authentication may not be possible or may be denied depending on the screening process.
