Create group chat
In the chat group, you can exchange messages between multiple wallets.
It’s easy to create private groups, public groups, or groups limited to specific NFT holders, where everyone can gather to have lively discussions or share regular updates.
To create a chat group, select "Create Group Button" from the chat page.
Enter the required information, such as the group name and description.
Group Name
This is the name of the group. (Minimum of 3 characters)
Description
A description of the group. (Minimum of 3 characters, up to 150 characters)
Private Chat
Turning this on will encrypt the messages, making them accessible only to group participants. If turned off, the chat will be public, and anyone can view the messages.
Access Control
By setting participation and message posting conditions, you can grant access and posting privileges only to those who own specific tokens or NFTs. This also applies to the group creator.
Participation Conditions
Set the conditions required to join the group.
Contract Type
Select from ERC1155, ERC721, or ERC20.
Contract Address
The contract address of the NFT or token.
Token ID
The token ID of the relevant NFT (only for ERC1155).
Network (Chain ID)
The network ID (chain ID) of the relevant NFT or token.
Required Holdings
The amount required to join the group.
Message Posting Conditions
Set the conditions required to post messages in the group.
Contract Type
Select from ERC1155, ERC721, or ERC20.
Contract Address
The contract address of the NFT or token.
Token ID
The token ID of the relevant NFT (only for ERC1155).
Network (Chain ID)
The network ID (chain ID) of the relevant NFT or token.
Required Holdings
The amount required to post messages in the group.
Access control requires an Enterprise or higher plan.
Once the settings are complete, the chat group will be created.
